Local Dining Out Group September Dinner

We will be dining at The Old Cottage Restaurant in Ringwood

       

A warm welcome awaits you at The Old Cottage Restauranta well-established family run restaurant in the market town of Ringwood. The restaurant is one of the oldest buildings in Ringwood. It can be found along the old road leading from the church to the Fish Inn. Thought to be built around the 14th Century, it is full of Olde Worlde Charm with warm fires in the winter and riverside dining in the summer.

Local Dining Out Group Monthly Charity Raffle:
 

This September we will be supporting, Ringwood & Fordingbridge Club For The Blind, as our chosen charity. They are a social club for blind and visually impaired persons living in the Ringwood and Fordingbridge areas. Their club was formed in January 2008 and is run entirely by volunteers.

They offer a chance for members to meet twice a month to socialise with other visually impaired persons. Members are able to enjoy a programme of activities which include speakers, entertainers and quizzes. Also their members can attend social functions at other local venues several times a year. The Strawberry Tea, Summer Outing and the Christmas Lunch being very popular.As well as a social club they have a home visiting team who go to the homes of housebound members to offer help, advice or guidance to enable them to continue to live independently and enjoy their life to the full.

Price:

Your ticket for our September 2017 dinner will cost £28.00 per person.
(This includes your travel to the restaurant, a Two Course Dinner and tips for our driver and the restaurant staff)

Booking Cut-Off Time

We need to receive your booking, menu choices and payment by early evening on:
Wednesday 13th September 2017
Please try not to leave it until this date as we may be fully booked.

Tickets

Tickets will be allocated on a first booked and paid basis.
It may be necessary to return bookings if received after we have sold out. It would be a good idea to enquire first before sending
your booking/payment the nearer we get to the 13th September 2017
(If tickets remain unsold, later bookings may be accepted depending upon how near we are to the 20th September and whether the restaurant will
accept more bookings.)

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee any refunds for late cancellations, after the 13th September, unless we have diners on a waiting list
who will not only take the place but also the menu choices you made.
