Local Dining Out Group Event Notification

Join us for our next Local Dining Out Evening at The King's Head, Redlynch, Salisbury
on Wednesday 23rd March 2016

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS AT FRIDAY 11th MARCH ALL 24 TICKETS FOR WEDNESDAY 23RD MARCH HAVE BEEN SOLD.

Location: .   The King's Head at Redlynch, Salisbury
The Kings Head has a welcoming atmosphere where one can eat and drink enjoyably. There is a selection of fine cask ales served and presented in the best condition possible. Wines from around the world. Being a traditional pub it is full of character with low beams and a wood burner which blazes in the winter months.

Dining: .   Restaurant
The restaurant at the King's Head is a Conservatory and will seat 24 people at different sized tables for dining. On this occasion we will be limiting, for practical purposes, the number of tickets to just 24, expecting to fill the restaurant area. The Kings Head serves quality home cooked food and uses locally sourced products wherever possible.

Travel: .

Herrington's Coach Door to Door
We have arranged pick up points as near as possible to where you live, more can be added. Our coach will be from Herrington's Coaches. Our first pick up point is in Sandleheath then through Fordingbridge, Breamore, Woodgreen and Hale to Woodfalls.

Drinks: .   Buy your drinks at the bar on arrival
The King's Head will normally have Ringwood beers andf others on tap. The bar is strategically placed as you enter the building, walking through to the Conservatory area. Wine, cider, spirits and soft drinks are available, also tea/coffee later on in the evening. Please remember to pay for your drinks as you go during the evening.

Food: .

Menu Choices
The quality of the homemade food is well known locally and from our dining experience in 2015. In March we have Steak & Kidney Pie, Cod Fillet, Pork and Duck along with two vegetarian options. There are 6 desserts to choose from including Cheese & Biscuits. Tea and Coffee will be available for you to buy after your Dessert. (see full menu choices below)

Raffle: .

Charity Raffle
We continue to raise money for the Shelter Box charity which supports emergency aid to places in the World which have been suddenly struck by natural disaster. You can read more about this on their website. The idea and target is for us to raise £590 for a 'New Start' box. We will be able to track and monitor where our box is used. Our January raffle raised £48.10, making a good start to our target. Link to Shelter Box website
